Private Lenders Funding Group aggregates Arizona real estate loans that are pooled to secure short term (1 year or less) mortgage backed notes. The notes are typically secured by first trust deeds on land, development and commercial properties located in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

Structure

Private Lenders mortgage backed notes provide private and confidential investment in a pool of real estate loans secured by trust deeds, with the added benefit of diversification and investment management.

The loans are held in a custodial trust account by a Bank Trust department.

Investors purchase a two year a mortgage backed note issued via a trust indenture with Christiana Bank and Trust. Notes are issued in denominations of $100,000 and pay monthly interest only payments with the principal paid at maturity.
