Why should I invest with you?
We have been in business since 1974 and during that time have invested as principals in every form of investment offered to our investors. We maintain an owners perspective because we have experience in land investment, various forms of real estate development from residential subdivision to high density infill development, many forms of real estate financing, investment partnerships, property management, marketing and sales. We have owned and operated pooled investment funds for property tax liens, and fixed income assets of utilities, government agencies and corporate debt obligations. We maintain relationships with investors that literally spans decades and have formed relationship with successor generations from grandparents to grandchildren.
Have your investors ever suffered a loss?
No. We must state that past performance is no guarantee of future gains, but during our history, not a single investor has ever incurred a loss.
What are your historical investors?
Private individuals and their family trusts, foundations, retirement plans, corporate investment from various entities, and insurance companies, institutional pension investors.
Are you a certified financial planner or investment advisor?
No. We offer investments that we believe will perform as well or better than expected. We stay focused on underwriting, offering and managing prudent investment opportunities to our investors.
What is the minimum investment?
Usually $100,000.00 is the minimum, although exceptions can be made under the right circumstances.
When do I receive my interest payments?
Payments are distributed monthly or quarterly, depending on the terms of the investment. Payments can be distributed via check or directly deposited to your designated account.
What is the investment term?
Two years or less depending upon the investment.
